14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VProsper Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site or Services.

Notwithstanding any damages that you might incur, the entire liability of VProsper Hub under these Terms will be limited to the amount actually paid by you for the service in question, or a maximum of 100 USD if no payment was made.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall VProsper Hub be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be modified to reflect the parties' intention, and all remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

23. For US and EU Users

23.1 United States Legal Compliance

You represent and warrant that:

• You  are not located in a country that is subject to the United States      government embargo or that has been designated by the US government as a "terrorist supporting" country.
• You are not listed on any United States government list of prohibited or      restricted parties.

23.2 For European Union (EU) Users

If you are a European Union consumer, you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident.
